Have you ever experienced betrayal by a colleague, friend, or even a partner? It’s one of those feelings that can cut deep, leaving us questioning not just the trust we placed in others, but also ourselves.

Maybe a close friend shared something you told them in confidence or a collaboration partner who tarnished your reputation by spreading rumors that are untrue? Maybe someone you loved broke your trust in ways you never expected. We’ve all been there in one form or another, which can shake our sense of security in relationships.

This Connection Circle is a space to talk about those experiences in a supportive and open environment. Whether your story is personal, professional, or somewhere in between, this is a chance to unpack how betrayal impacts us, how we heal from it, and how we rebuild trust in others—and ourselves—after the painful experience.
