Rejection is something we've all experienced. Whether it's being told "no," feeling left out, taking a risk that didn't work out, or worrying about what others might think—it can make us question our worth and stop us from trying again.

This month, we'll explore a different way of looking at rejection.

What if rejection isn't a sign that we're not good enough? What if it's simply feedback, a lesson, or a redirection toward something better? Sometimes the hardest part isn't the rejection itself, it's the meaning we attach to it.

In this Connection Circle, we'll reflect on how fear of rejection shows up in our lives, share our experiences in a safe and supportive space, and encourage one another to see every "no" as part of growth, not the end of the story.

Because maybe courage isn't avoiding rejection—it's learning that we can face it, grow from it, and keep showing up anyway.

Join us as we learn, connect, and remind each other that our worth is never defined by someone else's "no." 💛
