Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life happens, so we’ve designed a flexible cancellation policy to support you as best we can:
Cancel before May 10, 2026 (more than 14 days prior):
- Full refund minus $100 deposit
- Keep your goodie bag (valued over $100)
- Option to transfer your spot to a future retreat or another person
Cancel between May 10–17, 2026 (7–14 days prior):
- 50% refund (minus deposit)
- OR free transfer to a future retreat or another person
Cancel after May 17, 2026 or no-show:
- No refund
- Keep your goodie bag
- May receive digital resources or credit (at our discretion)
Early-bird & payment plans:
- Same policy applies based on amount paid
If we cancel the retreat:
